SENDsational Moves LTD - Terms and Conditions

At SENDsational Moves LTD we are dedicated to providing inclusive and fun creative classes for children and adults with special educational needs and disabilities. TO ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask that parents and guardians carefully review and adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1) Supervision Requirements

SENDsational Moves requires that a parent or guardian is to remain on site for the whole duration of the session. This ensures the safety and well-being of our students and allows for immediate assistance if required. To make this accessible, SENDsational Moves are committed to providing a waiting area in locations where this is possible.

2) Personal Care

We are very aware that some of our students may need support with incontinence and additional personal care however at this time, SENDsational Moves does not provide personal care services. If your child or participate requires assistance with personal needs such as going to the toilet, then the parent or guardian is responsible for attending to these needs. We are dedicated to making sure our venues have accessible toilet facilities and awareness for those participants that may need this additional support.

3) Manual handling and physical assistance

Our team does not provide manual handling or physical assistance in situations where appropriate training and equipment is required. This is to protect the safety and welfare of our students and staff. In times where our students may require physical touch and nurture, this will be in line with our safe touch and safeguarding policy. SENDsational Moves welcomes any student with any physical disability, all we require is the known support from their care giver to ensure comfort and consistency

4) Health and Safety

All participants must have any required health information communicated to the SENDsational Moves team prior to starting a session. This includes any allergies, medical conditions, medications, or disabilities that may require special attention. This is so our team of teachers and support workers are able to provide tailored and individual support.

5) Liability

SENDsational Moves will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants. However, the company is not liable for any injuries or incidents that occur if the parent or guardian fail to meet the supervision and health and safety requirements as stated above.

6) Refund and Policy

In the event of a class cancellation by SENDsational Moves, a refund or credit will be provided via our booking system. At SENDsational Moves we are dedicated to providing pay as you go specialised and accessible classes to meet the needs of the SEND community , this means that unfortunately cancellations by participants will not be elidable for a refund due to high demand and limited availability.

7) Class Trials

SENDsational Moves understands the delicate nature of trying something new for the first time, especially for those who also have additional needs. For this reason, SENDsational Moves provides a discounted trial of 50% off the first class. However to make sure that the class is suitable for the needs of the participant , every new member is required to fill out an enrolment from on our website www.sendsationalmoves.com so a member of our team can be in touch and advise what class would be best.

SENDsational Moves reserves the right to refund a trial if this has not been completed as we are committed to ensuring that classes meet the needs of the individual. However, SENDsational Moves aims to provide a class for everyone so an alternative class may be suggested.
